Product · V3.1.2 alpha
What’s inside CareOS.
One calm system for the whole med cart: the pass, the notes, the board, and the chart — each role seeing exactly what it needs.
eMAR / myMedPass
The pass, with guardrails.
The electronic MAR is built for the realities of a med pass: interruptions, time-critical doses, and controlled substances that need a second pair of eyes on paper.
- Priority tags flag time-critical meds so they never blend into the list.
- 15-minute overdue flags surface late doses before they become missed doses.
- Automatic controlled-substance detection marks narcs for the extra care they require.
- Early-administration guardrails: giving a med more than 60 minutes early requires a password and a note.
- Abnormal vitals in red, with trends, right where the pass happens.

myShift notes
Chart the shift as it happens.
Shift notes that keep up with a busy floor instead of punishing you at the end of it.
- Accumulating presets — build notes from reusable phrases that stack through the shift.
- Undo and backdating for late entries, because charting rarely happens the second care does.
- Elimination tracking with 48/72-hour watch alerts on bowel and urine output.
- Password-encrypted exports when notes need to leave the building.

CareBoard
The shift at a glance.
One board for the whole shift: alerts surface first, the census carries photos, and the tools you reach for constantly are one tap away.
- Alerts-first layout — code status gaps, overdue items, and watches rise to the top.
- Reminders plus a minimizable timer that lives on the board without getting in the way.
- Snap-tile dashboard widgets — arrange the board your way; tiles snap into place.

Per-role views
Each role sees its own shift.
Manage users, facilities, and note presets. Reset passwords, review the audit log, and run encrypted exports.
Full eMAR med pass, resident charts, vitals, elimination, and code status — the complete clinical picture.
CareBoard, myShift notes, and elimination charting — a focused view with the medication pass tucked safely away.
